Personal Information
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:
- Contact us through our website forms
- Request information about our services
- Subscribe to our newsletter
- Engage with our customer support
This information may include:
- Name and contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)
- Company name and job title
- Project requirements and technical specifications
- Communication preferences
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on our site
- Referring website
- Device information
We currently use the following third-party services that may receive limited technical data when you use the site:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) to measure page views, page location, browser and device information, referrer data, and general usage patterns. Our configuration disables Google signals and ad personalization, and requests IP anonymization.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare) on our contact form to help detect spam and abusive submissions. Turnstile may process IP address, browser metadata, and interaction signals needed to verify that a submission is from a legitimate visitor.
- IndexNow (via Bing/Microsoft’s IndexNow endpoint) to notify search engines about page URLs for indexing. When enabled on the site, the current page URL may be submitted to the IndexNow API.
- Local browser storage to remember non-marketing site preferences such as dark-mode or theme selection.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving our IT services
- Responding to your inquiries and requests
- Sending you information about our services (with your consent)
- Analyzing website usage to improve user experience

- Protecting against fraud and security threats
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations or court orders
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
- With trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and providing services (under strict confidentiality agreements)
Our current service providers and processors include:
- Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, content delivery, security services, and Turnstile verification for the contact form.
- Google, which receives analytics data through Google Analytics 4 so we can understand site traffic and usage.
- Resend, which processes contact form submissions and relays enquiry details to our business email inbox.
- FormSubmit, which may be used as a temporary fallback provider during mail-delivery maintenance or migration windows.
- Microsoft/Bing’s IndexNow service, which may receive page URLs that we submit for search indexing.
When you submit our contact form, the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, subject, and message, is transmitted through our form-processing workflow and may be handled by Cloudflare, Resend, and in limited fallback scenarios FormSubmit for spam prevention and message delivery.

- Cloudflare Turnstile-related checks on the contact page to help prevent spam and automated abuse.
- Local browser storage to remember display preferences such as dark mode.
